NOTE - This is an "EVERYONE IS THE WAGONMASTER" situation as the Stricklands were the wagonmasters for August. They are opening their home but everything will be informal and potluck.
Directions: The easiest way to get here without having a hard pull up the mountain is on Highway 38. I-10 to Hwy 38 North. Follow the road until you come to Big Bear City and the signal at Greenway. Turn Right. Go to the stop sign and turn left, next street (Myrtle) turn right. Follow to 1121. Map

| About 8:30 (so not to disturb the neighbors) | Instead of coffee and goodies we will have a potluck breakfast. Bring your favorite breakfast dish. |

| Afternoon | During the day we can go shopping, lake cruising, out to lunch or a number of other things. Or just stay and relax under the pine trees and watch the squirrels and birds. |

We will supply electricity for you to keep your batteries up. You will not be able to use any appliances except a tv if you have a satellite. No tv service here without cable or satellite.
This will be a very relaxed campout and if things don't work out for our meals we can just go out somewhere. We are very flexible. September is a very beautiful time of year here. The days are warm and sunny and the evenings are very cool. Right now we are having extremely hot temps (July), in the mid 80's with the lows being in the 50's at night so it will be much cooler in September. We are having thunderstorms this month. We hope alot of you will come. It should be fun. If you want to come earlier than Friday, that is ok too and you can stay beyond Sunday also.
