EVERYONE must complete the attached form & give it to Diane Willson by no later than 7 Dec 2017 WITH your payment for the campout. We must pay in full for all campsites by mid-December. Our club treasury does no have enought funds to pay the entire amount prior to campers' payments. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival will be charged the full amount for all nights booked. If your rig is over 15 years old, they want pictures to assure your rig is in good shape. If you are planning on going & your rig is over 15 years old, let Diane know & she will give you the details of what you need to do. Please let Diane know if you need a 50 amp site (we have a few). Early arrivals fee (9am-1pm) $10 if available.
